Start with your symptoms
Move the sliders and add your work pattern. The result is an educational estimate, not a diagnosis.
Priority actions
Seek urgent care for sudden vision loss, severe eye pain, new double vision, injury, or a red eye with vision changes. Book an eye exam if symptoms persist despite breaks and setup changes.

Focus break timer
When the timer ends, look at something about 20 feet away for 20 seconds and blink slowly.
Blink fully. Relax your brow. Let the lens flatten while your gaze moves far.
Why screens feel hard
Accommodation and surface load
Screens demand sustained near focusing, convergence, and frequent refocusing. People also blink less during concentrated screen viewing, which can destabilize the tear film and create dryness or burning.
